Prof. Peter G. Picht joins Schellenberg Wittmer's Competition and IP practice
The Swiss law firm Schellenberg Wittmer is delighted to announce that competition and IP law professor Peter G. Picht has joined the firm as of 1 November 2018. Peter G. Picht is a Professor for Business and Commercial Law at the University of Zurich, the Chair of the University's Center for Intellectual Property & Competition Law (CIPCO), as well as a Research Fellow with the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. Peter G. Picht joins Schellenberg Wittmer as an Of Counsel with a focus on competition and IP law. In this capacity, he will be part of Schellenberg Wittmer's competition and IP teams and will be involved in advising and representing clients, where he will be able to draw on his knowledge of Swiss and European competition and IP law, as well as his experience as an attorney in various international law firms.
